KISTERS precision instruments and data loggers are produced in quality-controlled processes. KISTERS production and assembly sites in Australia, New Zealand and Europe are all ISO 90001 certified. All equipment is factory tested and/or factory calibrated before it is shipped to the client. This ensures that KISTERS products perform to their fullest capacity when delivered.
As time goes by, wear and tear may affect even the most robust instruments. Additionally, accidents and mechanical (such as shocks) or electrical (such as power surges) interfere can have detrimental effects on parts or all of an instrument. In these cases, repair is needed, and KISTERS provides repair services for their entire product portfolio.
